Formed in 1995 to educate the general public about child abuse and provide bold, experiential, personal development and leadership programs for teenage girls, ages 14-18. Our next 5-day event is at Coloma Resort, Coloma, CA July 13-18, 2015

STARR, stands for Succeed through Accountable Responsible Resolve. It is one of the most unique and life-changing events for teenage girls, seeking to build on their strengths, self-esteem and self-confidence, in order to develop themselves as healthy, discerning, and successful women. They will come out of STARR with a renewed self-image.
