Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

ID is only required for those with Student tickets. 

 

What are my parking options getting to the event?

Free parking is dedicated for Freedom Summit attendees at Levi's Stadium in Yellow 1, 2 and 3 Parking Lots. See Location Page for more details. 

 

Will there be lunch provided? 

Food and drinks (non-alchoholic) will be available for purchase at Levi's Stadium from 10am - 6pm. No outside food or drinks are permitted into the Stadium. 

 

What can/can't I bring to Levi's Stadium?

There will be no NFL bag policy enforced for the Freedom Summit, so you can bring purses and backpacks. However, there will be metal detectors at the door for security measures. No outside food or drink permitted, but there will be food and drink for purchase throughout the day. 

 

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, registrations can be transferred to another person at no cost. Email us your name and the name of the person you want to transfer the ticket to. 

 

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Yes, please email us the name on the ticket and the name of the person you want to transfer it to. 

 

Is there a hotel close to Levi's Stadium?

There are a couple of hotels walking distance to the Stadium and several more in the area a few miles away. We have negotiated a Freedom Summit $120/night rate (includes breakfast) at the Hilton Santa Clara, which is located in the Stadium parking lot. See Location page for details. 

 

Is the content appropriate for youth groups and students?

Yes, in fact, we highly encourage students to attend. While there is no age limit, the content will be appropriate for middle schoolers and older.
