EMQ FamiliesFirst is a children and families mental health and foster care/adoptions agency. We provide a wide variety of services such as therapy, counseling, crisis intervention to children and youth in need of support. Our foster care and adoptions programs provide safe and stable homes for children and youth all over California.

Learn about our Professional Parent Foster program. Children involved in the foster care system are at a far higher risk for being recruited and exploited. Our program seeks to connect our youth to safety, positive role models, and consistent/unconditional care. Professional Parents work with Santa Clara county's top 2% of at-risk youth, providing them a safe, stable, consistent environment.
10 DAYS
- Connect with us and help host a CSEC awareness night or attend a orientation about the Professional parent program to learn about how Professional Parents open their homes to our community's most-at-risk children and teens. Come and learn about the challenges faced by youth in foster care and the factors that can put these youth at a drastically higher risk for being recruited and exploited.
10 MONTHS
- Open your home as a Professional Parent to work with our team to provide safety, connection, and engagement to an at-risk or exploited youth. Our Professional Parents unconditionally care for the youth matched to their home, whether they are at-risk or are actively being exploited. Our focus is on safety, health, resourcing, and mentoring our youth to find a way out of their exploitation.
