SOUTH BAY COALITION TO END HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Utilizing a victim-centered approach, the South Bay Coalition to End Human Trafficking’s mission is to ensure the protection of victims, the prosecution of offenders, and the prevention of human trafficking and slavery through an effective coordinated partnership. A collaboration of over 35 different agencies, the Coalition works to ensure there are no gaps in services for a survivor.

10 MINUTES
  • Find out what local organizations are doing in your community.

  • Explore and educate yourself about the different types of trafficking and various means of exploitation happening everyday in the Bay Area. 

10 DAYS
  • Speak to local organizations to find out what gaps exist for survivors.

  • Decide your own personal capacity to the issue. How much time can you commit per week, month, year? What resources can you bring to the issue? 

10 MONTHS
  • Dedicate yourself to addressing a gap in our community. This may mean you receive training to help provide services to survivors, fundraise for a service provider, set up an outreach event to help identify survivors, volunteer your professional skills to helping a survivor.
